As a family owned and operated property management company, we make it our mission to partner with all our valued clients and help them achieve their goals. Our team always remains accessible and responsive to help keep you happy in your rental for years to come.

We began offering our comprehensive service and support all the way back in 1912. Since that time, we have continually honed our service offerings and built our roster of excellent rentals in Long Beach and Costa Mesa California. Across four generations, we have always maintained our values of integrity, honesty, open communication, and mutual respect, infusing them in all we do.

Since 1912 Wiese and Wiese has focused on housing- community- technology and people. Ours is a family owned and operated business providing affordable housing that is well kept and modern.
